The design and engineering of turnkey laboratory projects for the oil & gas refineries, petrochemical and polymer sectors is a complex undertaking, SYDEN have gained expertise in this area from the projects that we have designed in partenariat with the industry renown specialized laboratory equipment specialist Optical Control Systems OCS Gmbh from Witten, Germany.
Through these projects, SYDEN has developed a thorough understanding of the International Standards applicable to Oil & Gas laboratory instrumentation and infrastructure including IEC, EN, ASHRAE, NFPA, and UL.
From concept to detail engineering to shopdrawings, construction supervision and project management, we partner very closely with all key stakeholders: end-users, EPCs and client-appointed consultants to understand requirements, document them and ensure that these are captured during project execution.
Using the latest project management software and intelligent modelling tools, SYDEN efficiently plans the project and deliver on commitment until the commencement of the laboratory.

ANOPC Petro-Chemical Laboratory – ASSIUT, Egypt
Situated in Assiut, Egypt, this single-story building spans an overall area of 3000m2. Its primary purpose is to conduct all necessary tests and analyses required for the plant/refinery during both performance testing periods and regular operations. The petro-chemical laboratory was meticulously designed to accommodate a variety of specialized areas, including an oil lab, GC lab, Elemental lab, water lab, coke & sulfur lab, microbiology lab, along with office and technical sections
