KAFD SKYWALKS – Riyadh, KSA
The skywalks in the KAFD provide an interconnected network between the buildings at the 1st level, doubling as an expansive commercial shopping area. These aerial pathways contribute to forming what is arguably the world’s largest shopping center by interlinking the entire financial district, a feat that may soon be recognized by the Guinness World Records. The steel and glass-enclosed bridges serve a dual purpose: facilitating movement and embodying an artistic vision that complements the contemporary essence of the district. Their innovative design and the application of advanced engineering principles make them strong contenders in international architectural and engineering competitions.

BOXOOO KAYYAL – Jeddah, KSA
Boxooo introduces a unique hybrid ecosystem designed for food enthusiasts, positioning itself as the quintessential destination for all things culinary. The project will boast an array of F&B outlets and restaurants, lounges, and cloud kitchens. Beyond gastronomy, the project will also encompass entertainment zones, business lounges, a gym, a swimming pool, and a specialty restaurant featuring a spacious outdoor terrace, spread across ground, mezzanine, first floor, and rooftop levels.
